We're a small cafe bakery that's all about making classic treats using traditional techniques and real ingredients. Since we opened in early 2022, we've been getting awesome feedback on all our products. We understand the challenge of sourcing high-quality sweet and savory treats to complement your specialty coffee, or the limitations of a small kitchen or team that may not be able to make them in-house. So we have decided to share our love and offer a range of our treats to other small cafes around Brisbane. Our menu has popular cakes, slices, tarts, and savory options, all made in-house by our team of talented pastry chefs, chefs, and bakers.
One of our goals is to give young people in our community job opportunities. We're really passionate about helping them get a foot in the door of the hospitality industry and learn new skills. Plus, we're all about promoting a food culture that's centered around making amazing food from scratch.
Here's a bit about our product ethos:
- We always use 100% grass-fed butter, no margarine or bakers shortening here.
- Our eggs are always fresh and free-range, no egg pulp/powder, caged eggs, or barn-raised eggs.
- We only use the finest couverture chocolate from Lindt, no cheap compound chocolate.
- Our milk and cream come from the best local source, the Northern Rivers Dairy Co-operative (NORCO).
- When it comes to meat, we team up with Meat @ Billy's for the best quality.
- And of course, all our treats are handmade with love.
